Breakfast:  Perfect Fit Protein Pancake topped with coconut oil and pure maple syrup
Snack:  Coconut Cream Lara Bar (recycled picture)
After Work Snack:  Smoothie with Greens Powder (not pictured)
Dinner:  Tofu & Prawn Quinoa Bowl
